Beginning her professional journey as an associate in McKenzie & Company's Healthcare practice, she honed her analytical skills before transitioning to Goldman Sachs, where she specializing in commercial real estate investments and ultimately healthcare private equity. In 2001, Mary's entrepreneurial spirit led her to become a principal owner in over 25 care homes throughout California, further expanding her impact with significant investments in four large-scale facilities, each exceeding 300 beds. Recognizing the challenges and opportunities within the care home industry, she founded RCFE & Care Home Brokerage, dedicated to empowering care homeowners to achieve their business goals. A graduate of Stanford University and Columbia Business School, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. She currently resides in Southern California with her husband Jeffrey, and their beloved Labrador Retriever, Scout.
